What is collected

• ★Your name and email address.
• ★Your preferred way to be contacted, which may include a WhatsApp number.
• ★Your answers on the Divine Within and Circle of Light applications.
• ★Your answers and results from the Free Gap Assessment.
• ★Anything you write in a contact form.
• ★Anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed. These do not identify you.

Why it is collected

• ★To read your application and reply to you.
• ★To show you your Gap Assessment result.
• ★To email you with updates about your result and relevant work, which you agree to when you submit. You can stop these at any time.

Your information is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored in a secure, private database that only Elaine can access. Your first name and email address are also held in Systeme.io, the email service Elaine uses to send updates.

Details are kept for as long as they are needed to work with you or stay in touch, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask to see the information held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or stop receiving emails. To do any of these, reply to any email from Elaine or use the unsubscribe link in it.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
